Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Staffing Account Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Corona, CA. This role is ideal for a sales-minded professional who enjoys building client relationships, matching qualified candidates with the right opportunities, and contributing directly to business growth within the staffing and employment services industry.
The Staffing Account Executive will support both client development and recruiting activity, helping companies fill temporary and direct hire positions while delivering excellent service to candidates and customers. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience who is ready to grow in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.

Team members receive ongoing training, regular performance feedback, and guidance from leadership to help them build sales skills, recruiting expertise, account management discipline, and long-term career growth in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships through regular outreach, needs assessment, quality follow-up, and account retention activity.
- Generate new business opportunities by contacting prospective companies, presenting staffing solutions, obtaining job orders, and quoting approved pricing.
- Recruit, interview, qualify, and match candidates to temporary and direct hire job opportunities based on client needs and candidate priorities.
- Submit qualified candidates, write accurate candidate profiles, and coach clients and candidates through the hiring and placement process.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activity blocks to meet key performance indicators, revenue expectations, and service standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation in company systems while complying with policies, sales processes, quality standards, and service procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $52,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
