Job Description
We are looking for a GTM and Partnerships Specialist to own the early customer relationship from first demo to signed contract. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role at a critical stage of growth. You will be one of the first people prospects and early customers interact with, which means you will directly shape how the market perceives our products and brand.
What You'll Do
- Run product demos across prospect and partner audiences.
- Actively identify and recruit design partners and early adopters.
- Conduct user interviews to gather feedback and surface product requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for early customers, keeping communication tight and responsive.
- Own contract negotiations and work with leadership to close deals.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Support lightweight marketing efforts including content, outreach campaigns, and community presence.
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal product and engineering teams, translating feedback into clear requirements.
- Partner closely with product and leadership to feed market feedback into the roadmap.
- Develop outreach sequences, sales materials, and playbooks as you go.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in GTM, sales, partnerships, or customer success.
- Strong communicator who is equally comfortable in a demo, a negotiation, and a customer interview.
- Genuine curiosity about AI products and how they solve real business problems.
- Experience in fintech, proptech, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working without a playbook and building processes from scratch.
- Energetic, organized, and able to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
- Full-time and fully dedicated.
