Schedule: Part-Time, including evenings and weekends
Position Overview We're looking for friendly, reliable team members to provide excellent customer service and help create a fun experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Greet customers and assist with lane assignments.</li>
<li>Process bowling, shoe rental, food, and beverage purchases.</li>
<li>Answer phones and assist with reservations and customer questions.</li>
<li>Help with parties, events, and daily operations.</li>
<li>Help clean and organize as needed</li>
<li>Make food, drinks and help prep in kitchen and bar areas as required</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Friendly, outgoing, and dependable.</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Cash-handling experience is a plus, but not required.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.</li>
