IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for a logistics located in the city of Carson, CA.
Experience in 3PL (3 PARTY LOGISTICS) environment preferred
Schedule:
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate inbound shipping and receiving activities.
- Prepare and process export documentation.
- Generate invoices and assist with billing functions.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide professional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in the logistics, transportation, warehouse, or distribution industry preferred.
- Experience with order processing, shipping/receiving, export documentation, and billing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: $20/hr.
