Front Desk & Customer Experience Team Member

Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a professional, engaging, and high-energy individual to be the welcoming face of our studio. You’ll help create a positive experience for every dancer and family from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Assisting new and current clients with registration and scheduling
- Managing client information within our scheduling system
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting families with questions, concerns, and general studio needs
- Coordinating scheduling and future lessons with instructors
- Processing payments and assisting with online account management
- Creating fun and engaging weekly emails and newsletters
- Helping solve problems independently and finding solutions when challenges arise
- Supporting studio staff and instructors with day-to-day administrative needs
- Assisting with various office and studio projects as needed

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Front desk or reception experience is a plus
- Experience with scheduling systems and payment processing is helpful
- Dance studio or similar service-based business experience is a bonus
Hours
Mondays-Fridays
2:30 PM–6:30 PM
