Job DescriptionJob Opportunity: Academic Spine Neurosurgeon

Our organization is actively looking for a full-time Academic Spine Neurosurgeon to enhance our Department of Neurosurgery. The preferred candidate will have completed a fellowship in Complex Spine Surgery and possess a strong desire to expand and advance an Academic Spine Surgery practice.

We are a dynamic practice with a team of 15 full-time Neurosurgeons and a robust residency program.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $515,000 to $705,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation only and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment discussions.
