We are seeking a part time with availability to potential full time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our physical therapy office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception/clinic area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed such as paper and electronic filing for compliance with practice standards.
-Biweekly marketing/Billing
Skills
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist or Physical Therapy Practice Receptionist is preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual in English and Armenian, Korean, or Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in computerized systems for scheduling and data entry
- Ability to type efficiently
-Experience with WebPT EMR
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in Front Desk operations would be beneficial
