The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and facilitating smooth administrative operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in the preparation and processing of expense reports and budgets
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications to ensure timely responses
- Support project coordination and special assignments as needed
