HR Direct Services is currently hiring Assembly Associates for a manufacturing company in Montebello, CA. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Package and label finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
