Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher credential for California (mild/moderate or moderate/severe)
- Experience working with students requiring extensive support, including moderate to severe disabilities
- Strong background in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- In-depth knowledge of positive behavioral supports and inclusive instructional strategies
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs for students with significant support needs
- Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment that promotes skill development and social-emotional growth
- Collaborate closely with families, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Adjust instructional strategies to meet each student’s individual learning and behavioral requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and district-wide professional development
