Direct Counsel is partnering with a respected and growing plaintiff-side Employment & Civil Rights Litigation firm based in Sherman Oaks. The firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join a high-impact team advocating for employees' rights and civil liberties across Los Angeles and beyond.
What We’re Looking For:

Licensed California attorney
-
3+ years of experience practicing Employment Law (plaintiff-side preferred)

Strong litigation background — experience handling depositions, law & motion, and court appearances is a major plus
-
Team-oriented, highly organized, and client-centered
-
Passion for employment law and a commitment to justice
What You’ll Be Doing:

Handle a caseload of employment law matters from intake through resolution

Collaborate closely with a team of seasoned litigators on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour cases
-
Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
-
Participate in mediations, depositions, and trial preparation

On-site in a centrally located Sherman Oaks office

Monday through Friday schedule
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $100,000 – $180,000, commensurate with experience
