Triple-I Academy, an accredited online K-12 school, is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to drive student enrollment and support marketing efforts. This is a client-facing, in-person role ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing initiatives and develop promotional materials
- Manage and maintain sales records and pipeline tracking
- Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective families
- Conduct follow-up communication with prospective students
- Serve as a primary point of contact for parent communication throughout the enrollment process
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English strongly preferred
- Prior sales, admissions, or customer-facing experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with CRM/tracking tools
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
