Title: Estimator (Heavy Civil – Water Projects)
Location: Sacramento, CA (or regional office)

About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in water infrastructure to support preconstruction efforts on complex public works projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for water/wastewater projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs (concrete, pipeline, structures)
- Analyze plans, specs, and bid documents
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing
- Support bid strategy and risk analysis
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction
- Strong experience with water projects, including pipelines and concrete structures
- Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software
- Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
