We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for an Urgent Care physician to become part of our team at a walk-in clinic located in the picturesque Monterey Bay Area. The Role:
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours
- Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Patient Volume: Approximately 4 patients per hour
- Compensation: Base salary of $325,000, plus productivity bonuses and an annual performance incentive
- Recruitment Incentive: $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
