Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist offers a dynamic role for the entire academic year with a dedicated onsite team. Working 37.5 hours per week, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to deliver evidence-based therapies and empower students to thrive.
Key Qualifications:
- Current California license as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in school-based, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy OT settings
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Previous experience with adolescents or high school caseloads preferred
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to high school students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers and staff to implement intervention strategies and accommodations
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Offer ongoing support and training to school staff and family members regarding student needs and adaptive equipment
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student planning for functional and academic success
