Office Admin/ Hydraulic Hose Service Technician (Hybrid Role)

Job Description:
PIRTEK is looking to hire a Hydraulic Hose Service Technician to assist in various capacities within the service center and support daily operations. We are seeking applicants with excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a positive attitude.
Selected candidates will attend company-sponsored training in Florida prior to launch. Travel, lodging, and training expenses are paid by the company.
Responsibilities:
Build hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies
Assist walk-in customers with hose and fitting needs
Receive, verify, organize, and stock inventory
Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
Assist with dispatching service calls and scheduling activities
Process work orders and maintain accurate customer records
Write invoices and process customer payments
Work closely with technicians, sales representatives, and management to support daily operations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Mechanically inclined
Good communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Positive attitude
Self-motivated
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Willingness to travel for company-sponsored, 1 week, paid training in Florida
