We are Urgently Hiring Job Coaches/Behavioral staff in the area of Riverside, Moreno Valley and San Bernardino. You would be picking up /transporting Adults with special needs and taking them to community areas such as the library, a park, an exercising place or class. During this time with them, you are the supervisor and advocate.
We are looking for individuals that can work a Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 2 pm shift. You would drive around the areas of Riverside, Moreno Valley and San Bernardino. Mileage is paid during working hours.
The skills and qualifications for this position include but not limited to:
- Assist clients in learning job tasks and workplace routines.
- Support clients during work assignments and encourage independence.
- Help develop communication, social, and interpersonal skills.
- Monitor client progress and report observations.
- Reinforce workplace safety rules and employer expectations.
- Help maintain accurate documentation and daily progress notes.
- Collaborate with employers, families, and other support staff.
- Encourage positive work habits, attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.
Must have a valid California Drivers License in good standing. Able to a clear criminal background and drug screen in accordance to California Employment Law.
Must be over 21 yrs old and able to get a CPR/First Aid Cert, TB clearance.
