Job DescriptionGeneral Laborer – Stockton, CAGeneral Laborer to work inside our facility moving boxes on and off a conveyor system. This position involves light lifting and constant standing during 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday.Key Responsibilities:· Move boxes on and off the conveyor system safely and efficiently· Perform light lifting as needed throughout the shift· Stand continuously for 10-hour shifts· Follow all safety guidelines and procedures· Maintain a clean and organized work areaPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:· Hard hat· Safety glasses· Work vestWork Schedule· Monday through Friday· 10-hour day shiftsCompensation:Pay compliant with California labor lawsOvertime paid at 1.5 times regular rate for hours worked over 8 in a day or 40 in a weekDouble time paid for hours worked beyond 12 in a day or beyond 8 hours on the seventh consecutive day in a workweekPay Rate: $20-22.00 per hourJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 50 per weekWork Location: In person
