Currently conducting interviews, all applications reviewed by management (not an AI system).
 
Description:
<ul>
<li>Handle service inquiries for current clients</li>
<li>Receive inbound calls for new leads and input them into the CRM</li>
<li>Create service tickets within the CRM and follow up</li>
<li>Communicate service items to relevant account holders</li>
<li>Send proof of insurance certificates for clients</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Property and Casualty Insurance license a plus but not required (we can help you attain this)</li>
<li>Located in San Diego area</li>
</ul>
