We are seeking an experienced NPI Operations Program Manager to lead product development builds, manufacturing readiness, and new product launches from concept through mass production.

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $75-85 per hour on W2

Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Program Management.
- Experience working with engineering teams and OEM/manufacturing partners.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to travel up to 30–35%.
- BS in Engineering required; MBA preferred.
- Python experience is a plus.
