Position Overview
We are currently looking for a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Laborist to join our team in Mountain View and Los Gatos, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Work seven (7) 24-hour shifts each month with a flexible schedule.
- Provide coverage for eleven (11) Obstetricians.
- Manage an average of three (3) deliveries during each 24-hour shift at El Camino Hospital.
- Conduct rounds for all inpatients (postpartum and antepartum), averaging 5-10 patients daily.
- Collaborate with a Level 3 NICU, a dedicated Anesthesiologist available 24/7 for Labor & Delivery, as well as a Neonatologist and Pediatric Hospitalist on-site.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive full-time compensation package that includes:
- A two-year base salary guarantee with an annual total compensation of $335,510 (for 1.0 FTE).
