Position Overview

We’re seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and understands the ins and outs of vehicle maintenance and repair. As the bridge between customers and our technicians, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer drives away confident in our work.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their service needs in a professional, friendly manner
• Write and manage repair orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians regarding service recommendations, estimates, and timelines
• Provide updates to customers throughout the service process
• Upsell additional services when appropriate, with honesty and transparency
• Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, maintenance, and terminology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy service department
• Proficiency with service scheduling and management software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
