School Transportation Driver
Locations: Concord
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and compassionate School Transportation Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation services for students. Drivers play a vital role in ensuring students arrive safely to and from school while maintaining a positive, supportive, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school, educational programs, and designated locations.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting vehicles when needed.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately.
- Report incidents, accidents, safety concerns, or vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Ability to pass background checks and other required screenings.
- Ability to report to work consistently and maintain reliable attendance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students in a patient, respectful, and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals
- Commercial driving experience.
- CDL license is a plus but not required.
- Customer service experience.
