Full time position, 6am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday,
Location: Roseville, CA
Pay: $18/hr

Responsibilities:
- Splice rubber materials using hand tools, heat, pressure, and/or adhesives in accordance with company procedures
- Inspect rubber components for defects and ensure proper alignment before and after splicing
- Trim, cut, and prepare rubber materials to required dimensions
- Operate and maintain splicing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Monitor product quality and identify issues related to bonding, thickness, or alignment
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent hand dexterity and coordination
- Clear and legible handwriting for documentation
- Ability to work with organic and silicone materials
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Reliable transportation to and from work
