Job DescriptionFor 30 years, Diamond Landscaping has been the leader in luxury residential landscaping for high-net-worth clients, including A-list celebrities and media/entertainment executives, in the Los Angeles area. With a focus on custom installation, meticulous craftsmanship, and long-term maintenance, we create dream landscapes and build lifelong relationships.As a skilled, full-time Arborist/Tree Care Climber, you will report to our Crew Leader, and you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tree care services for our prestigious clients with a commitment to excellence in all areas of tree care. Typical projects include working with equipment and tools to perform trimming, preventative maintenance, removals, climbing, and other necessary landscaping tasks.Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with tree care, pruning, removals, climbing, and landscape maintenance
- Work effectively with typical industry equipment, including chainsaws, woodchippers, and hand tools; maintaining and ensuring safe environment for customers, other employees, and vendors at all time
- Demonstrate a safety-first mindset during all tasks
- Climb without spikes (spikes only used on removals)
- Provide exceptional customer service, able to build relationships with all individuals on job sites and in our offices, and a commitment to excellence in all areas of tree care and maintenance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Certification Preferred - ISA Arborist, QAL (Qualified Applicator License), TCIA, or CTSP
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Valid California driver's license and able to commute to jobs throughout Los Angeles area
