COMPENSATION: $19–$22/hour
Starting pay may vary based on multiple factors, including prior experience, relevant skills, trial shift evaluation, current business needs, and overall fit. This range does not include potential benefits available to eligible full-time employees. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
11am–3pm and 5pm–9pm shifts available.
Weekend availability preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Line Cooks support kitchen production, food quality, prep readiness, restocking, cleaning, and daily service flow.
This is a fast-paced kitchen role. We are looking for experienced, reliable, focused, and motivated cooks who can work with urgency, stay clean and organized, follow direction, and support the team during busy service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare and cook menu items according to Vui Ve standards
* Support food production, prep, restocking, and kitchen readiness
* Work with speed, cleanliness, and consistency during service
* Keep work areas stocked, organized, clean, and ready for volume
* Follow recipes, portions, setup routines, and closing procedures
* Communicate shortages, mistakes, delays, or quality concerns early
* Support teammates during high-volume periods
* Follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous kitchen, line cook, prep, or food service experience required
* Fast-paced restaurant or food service experience preferred
* Food Handler Card required
* Availability for 11am–3pm or 5pm–9pm shifts
* Weekend availability highly valued
* Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen
* Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
* Able to work with urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy
* Comfortable following direction and supporting the team where needed
