Intalex is partnered with a high-growth AI software company that is looking to hire a Director of Demand Generation to build and scale their inbound growth engine from the ground up.

💼 This is a genuine greenfield opportunity to build an entire demand generation function from scratch.
🚀 You'll own channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM, GEO, email marketing and broader pipeline generation strategy.
💼 You'll work closely with leadership, influence company growth, and have the opportunity to take ownership of the SDR/BDR function as the business scales.

💰 Compensation: $180K-$250K base salary + competitive equity
📍 Location: San Francisco, CA (5 days per week in office)
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬❓
🧠 Someone with 7-10 years of experience across Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing within B2B SaaS, AI or Enterprise Software.
✅ Experience building a demand generation engine from scratch within a startup or high-growth environment.
✅ Strong experience across paid acquisition, ABM, attribution, pipeline generation and growth strategy.
