The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining the building and mechanical equipment with particular attention towards safety.
Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance tasks on a daily basis that are critical to providing an exceptional stay for each and every guest. 
Duties include (but are not limited to):

<li>Air-Conditioning &amp; Refrigeration</li>
<li>Heating </li>
<li>Plumbing </li>
<li>Electrical </li>
<li>Laundry Equipment</li>
<li>Kitchen Equipment</li>
</ul>

The compensation for the Maintenance Technician is $21.00 per hour.
