The Role
This is a Full-Time position designed for a candidate who enjoys everything from making sure the buildings are well-maintained to keeping them leased.
- Work Environment: Small office setting.
- Hybrid Workflow: Approximately 70% Office Work and 30% Field Work.
- Ability to interact with Vendors and tenants on a daily basis.
Key Requirements
- Location: Candidates must live locally (within an eight-mile radius of Santana Row).
- Experience: Minimum of five years in Commercial Real Estate.
- Education: College Graduate.
- Licensing: Must hold a current Real Estate Agent’s license (or be in the process of acquiring one).
- Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a clean driving record.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
- Software: Prior experience with Yardi Property Management software is a significant plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction and processes is highly beneficial.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
