<li>Perform residential and commercial&nbsp;HVAC system installations (furnaces, condensers, package units,&nbsp;ductwork, etc.)</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and service residential and commercial HVAC systems as needed</li>
<li>Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines</li>
</ul>
<p>REQUIREMENTS:</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and service skills</li>
<li>EPA certification (required)</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>
<li>Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in attics or crawl spaces</li>
