Clinical Supervisor - (FSP)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide under Director's supervision, administrative oversight in the Wraparound or FSP Department.
- Supervise Therapist, Therapy Interns, Case Managers, Administrative Staff, and Parent Partners as assigned.
- Provide individual and/or family therapy to Wraparound or FSP clients.
- Provide group training and Supervision as advised.
- Oversee compliance with agency policy for supervisees
- Provide 24 hour availability and crisis intervention to supervisees as well as clients on an as-needed basis.
- Interview prospective staff for Wraparound or FSP positions.
- Work closely with Client Services Quality Assurance Director to ensure documentation requirements are met.
- Participate in supervisor’s meetings, Wraparound staff meetings, agency-wide meetings, utilization review meetings and in-service training
- Comply with applicable professional licensing or certification requirements and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- MA, MSW, MFT, LCSW, Psy.D. or Ph.D. in psychology, counseling, social work or related field, valid California clinical license
- Valid CA Driver License
- Minimum three years of experience in community-based social service program, specific to emotionally disturbed children and adults.
- Minimum two years administrative experience in designing and implementing treatment programs, knowledge of and skills in areas of individual, group and family therapy
- Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services.
- Knowledge of the community.
