Registered Behavior Technician | San Marcos, CA | Full-Time School Opportunity
We're partnering with a school district near San Marcos seeking an RBT to provide individualized behavioral support to a student during the school day. This is a hands-on role focused on helping a student make progress academically, behaviorally, and socially.

Responsibilities:

Provide consistent 1:1 support to an assigned student

Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs

Track student progress and behavioral data

Support classroom routines and transitions

Provide personal care assistance as needed

Assist with toileting, changing, and other student care needs

Collaborate with the educational and behavioral support team
Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician credential
-
Experience with students with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
-
Comfortable providing toileting and changing assistance
-
Reliable, patient, and able to work independently
