- Generate clients and build lasting relationships

- Manage transactions from the first conversation through closing

Who we're looking for:
- Licensed agents or those actively working toward a license
- Motivated, coachable people ready to show up and grow every day
- Strong communicators who enjoy working with others
- No prior real estate experience required
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:
$120,500 - $296,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships.
- Show properties with confidence, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
- Utilize provided leads and proven systems to maximize a client base and sales potential.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values to provide accurate advice to clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build relationships.
- Ability to confidently present and highlight property features to prospective buyers.
- Proven track record of managing tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Willingness to collaborate with team members, sharing insights and strategies for mutual growth.
- Commitment to participating in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and property values, or a strong desire to learn.
