- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer product-related questions, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
- Cash Handling: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process cash and card transactions accurately, and balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
- Stock & Inventory: Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves and in coolers. Monitor inventory levels and rotate perishable goods to prevent spoilage.
- Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, inviting environment by sweeping, mopping, cleaning the coffee/fountain areas, and taking out the trash.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, monitor for theft or loss prevention, and ensure the store is secure during open and close duties.
