Position: Part-Time Event Security Agent
Location: Santa Barbara Area
Hours: Varies based on events
Pay: Competitive hourly rate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of event attendees, staff, and property.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, conduct bag checks, and manage crowd control.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional manner.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of security checkpoints and barriers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a friendly point of contact for attendees.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in security or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet any local licensing requirements.
