Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required
- Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Card
- Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for diverse learners
Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies with individual and small groups of K–12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to support behavioral objectives and educational goals
- Accurately collect and record data on student behavior and progress
- Support students’ social and emotional growth in alignment with intervention plans
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times
- Flexibly respond to scheduling needs within the school calendar
