Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Details:
\n
• Work in a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility setting
\n • Preferred schedule is Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
\n • Position may require floating to a sister facility within walking distance
\n • Evaluate and treat SNF patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence
\n • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
\n • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
\n • Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
\n • Strong documentation and time-management skills required
\n • Active California PT license required
\n • SNF experience preferred with mentorship available for those with 0-1 years of experience
\n • Flexible and collaborative mindset required
\n
