Community Manager
Rohnert Park, CA | $40 to $45 per hour | Temp-to-Hire
We are hiring an experienced Community Manager to lead operations for a residential community in Rohnert Park. This priority opening requires a hands-on leader who can oversee property performance, resident satisfaction, and team operations while maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of community operations
- Lead leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination efforts
- Manage occupancy goals, renewals, and resident retention initiatives
- Review financial performance and support property budgeting processes
- Supervise on-site staff and foster a positive team environment
- Ensure compliance with property management policies and regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of property management experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly desired
- Entrata experience preferred; Yardi experience acceptable
- Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and drive results
- Resident-focused mindset with excellent customer service skills
