We train athletes from ages 3 to 16, guiding them from their very first recreational trial classes all the way up to our high-performing, competitive Girls and Boys USAG Teams.

We are expanding our coaching team and are seeking focused, high-energy professionals who take pride in the craft of athletic development, safety, and mentorship.

Who We Are Looking For (The Standard)

Let’s be direct: We are not looking for passive supervisors or babysitters. We are looking for structured, professional educators. You don't necessarily need to be an Olympic-level gymnast, but you must possess the focus, presence, and work ethic required to run an organized, safe, and high-energy class.

We have immediate openings across multiple departments:

• Pre-School Instructors (Ages 3-5): Master educators who can turn fundamental motor skills, balance, and coordination into an structured, high-energy adventure.
• Recreational Gymnastics & Tumbling Instructors: Detail-oriented coaches focused on proper progressions, strength, and confidence-building for school-aged kids.
• Competitive Boys & Girls Team Coaches: Experienced technicians capable of managing competitive routines, understanding safety/spotting protocols, and fostering elite sportsmanship.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Command the Floor: Execute structured lesson plans with absolute punctuality, minimizing downtime and maximizing safety.
• Mentor from the Inside Out: Use our proprietary reward system to build children’s self-esteem, resilience, and discipline through deliberate goal achievement.
• Maintain Elite Facility Standards: Take ownership of your stations, manage equipment arrangement efficiently, and collaborate seamlessly with a team of fellow coaches.
• Communicate Professionally: Provide crisp, constructive, and encouraging feedback to both young athletes and highly supportive parents.
• Safety and Fun: Provide an environment and class where children are physically and mentally safe while having a blast being at the gym.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience coaching gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, dance, or structured youth athletics is highly preferred (though we provide comprehensive training for candidates with exceptional leadership backgrounds and personal gymnastics experience).
• Mindset: A strong, confident vocal presence. You can capture a room's attention, command respect naturally, and handle a fast-paced environment with maturity.
• Reliability: Impeccable attendance and zero tolerance for tardiness. Our families expect elite consistency.
• Clearances: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check, child-safety screening, and acquire standard safety certifications (USAG/CPR) upon hire.
