BSM Facilities services group, established in 1979, is a trusted leader in commercial building maintenance, serving the Bay Area and beyond. We provide high-quality repair and maintenance services to commercial buildings, grocery stores, malls, retail plazas, and industrial facilities.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team, tackle a range of maintenance, and repair tasks for our clients and building owners in the area of Concord.

• Installing and repairing ceiling tiles
• Patching concrete and asphalt
• Curb painting and stenciling
• Installing and repairing doors
• Drywall installation, framing, and repairs
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Replacing light fixtures and ballasts
• Performing minor electrical repairs
• Patching and painting
• Basic plumbing repairs

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction or building maintenance.
• Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work at multiple sites within the Concord areas
• Must pass all Pre-Hire Screenings and present verifiable documentation upon consideration

Job Details:

• Schedule Type: Flexible Part-Time Shifts (10-20 hours/week) weekends, on-call work preferred. Scheduled weekly by the Employer.
• Pay: $30/hour
• Work Environment: In-person, various commercial locations
