Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state (CA) SLP license or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Previous school-based SLP experience (K-12) desirable
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized speech/language therapy plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative services for students across K-12 grades
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
  • Document services and student outcomes per school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development
