Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state (CA) SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience (K-12) desirable
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized speech/language therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative services for students across K-12 grades
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
- Document services and student outcomes per school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development
