Location: Lancaster, CA – On-site executive leadership role where you'll work closely with senior leadership and department heads.
Note: Candidates must have 8+ years of operational leadership experience, experience leading large teams, and prior leadership experience within a law firm or professional services organization.

Job Description
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute the firm's operational strategy.
- Lead administrative and operational functions across Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Recruiting, and other business units.
- Build, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing leadership team.
- Develop scalable systems, operational processes, and organizational infrastructure to support continued growth.
- Establish executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and client experience.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Ensure compliance with employment, legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and organizational alignment across the firm.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of operational leadership experience.
- Significant experience leading large, multi-functional teams.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services organization.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA, JD, or other advanced degree preferred.
- Proven success leading organizational growth, operational transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong executive leadership, communication, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
