Required Skills & Experience:
Requirements:
8+ years of technical project management experience with a focus on leading full-stack, end-to-end integrations and testing.
Experience in Ads or eCommerce within a product development environment.
Demonstrated track record of leading projects from conception through post-launch.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience working with engineering, design, product, sales, operations, and program management counterparts to deliver products/services.
Ability to take initiative under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances with little or no supervision.
Clear and concise communication, documentation, and presentation skills; ability to provide timely escalation of potential risks to program managers and leadership.
Ability to manage multiple partners at various levels within the organization, working proactively, transparently, and collaboratively.
Willingness to be hands-on and do whatever is necessary to achieve objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with Ad Tech, Search, Recommendations, Structured Data, and ML/AI.
Background in full-stack system integration, end-to-end testing, development methodologies, and dependency management.
Proficiency in Airtable.
Strong understanding of AI, especially for process optimization, reporting, and project management.
