What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers.
Identify opportunities for system replacement or indoor air quality improvements when appropriate.
Accurately document all work performed using inhouse CRM.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
Follow all company safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Deliver a five-star customer experience on every service call.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
EPA Universal Certification (Required).
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience servicing gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-splits, and package units.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
NATE Certification is a plus but not required.
