We are currently looking for a motivated Automotive Technician to join our used car reconditioning team. This position is flat rate with strong earning potential, depending on experience, efficiency, and skill level across multiple vehicle brands. Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics
Complete mechanical repairs and maintenance
Used vehicle reconditioning
Work efficiently to meet flat rate production goals
Maintain quality and safety standards
Qualifications:
Automotive technician experience
Ability to work on multiple brands
Diagnostic and repair skills
Own tools (diagnostic scanners preferred)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Must be able to work full-time and Saturdays as needed.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
