Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a leading hardware/technology manufacturer seeking a Senior Business Operations I professional to drive forecasting, pricing management, and cross-functional operational planning. This is a hands-on, numbers-driven role partnering closely with sales, operations, finance, product, and marketing teams.
This position is onsite, five days a week, and ideal for candidates in or willing to relocate to the San Jose, CA area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business-unit forecasting across product lines, including nominal, upside, and risk-based scenarios.
- Manage revenue and margin forecasting, quarter-close analysis, and allocation planning.
- Own pricing structures, volume tiers, and approval workflows.
- Drive the full forecasting cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Validate forecast data within internal planning/ERP systems; review accuracy with leadership.
- Prepare business reviews and executive-level reporting.
- Support annual budgeting in collaboration with product, marketing, and finance.
Required Experience & Skills- Semiconductor, hardware, or technology industry experience is mandatory.
(No general analyst or systems-only analysts.) - Experience in business operations, revenue operations, or sales operations.
- Strong analytical ability; advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Skilled with ERP/planning systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Adexa, or similar).
ERP experience required; Adexa not mandatory. - Experience working with forecasting systems and financial/operational data.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable collaborating across all levels.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and disciplined forecasting capability.
- Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years' experience OR Master's with 3+ years.
- Semiconductor, hardware, or technology industry experience is mandatory.
- Partner with operations on build plans, supportability, and demand/supply alignment.
- Analyze bookings, revenue, margins, and conduct scenario modeling.
- Role manages forecasting + pricing-requires hands-on operations experience.
- Not a strategic-only or dashboard-only analyst role.
- Works closely with supply planners, sales ops, sales, product marketing, and product managers.
- No travel required.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
