Overview
Top Tier National Registered Investment Advisor seeks a Market Leader in the Berkely/Walnut Creek region to manage and mentor the local teams of Wealth Advisors while leading the continued buildout of the region through organic growth.
Highlights
- Manage, lead and coach a team of ~10 Wealth Advisors in a 2B+ AUM region, while serving as the Lead Wealth Advisor to a select group of high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele
- Collaborate with advisors to lead the buildout of the region, running point on leads sourced through custodial referral channels, centers of influence, digital leads, GEO and SEO
- Competitive compensation package including a significant base salary, performance and profit-based bonuses, business development incentives and clear path to equity
- $275,000+ first year compensation package
