Would you like to live on-site and manage a 200-unit residential community near the beach? Property boasts:

YOU ARE:
Experienced resident manager, 70 units or more, for at least 3 years.
Friendly, professional and strong in sales and marketing.
Able to evaluate credit reports and conduct background checks.
Responsible for choosing qualified residents and collecting rent.
Responsible for financial operational reports to management company.
A manager who LOVES A CLEAN PROPERTY and does what it takes to keep it that way!
