Location:

  • Training in: West Wood Los Angeles, CA
  • Permanent role in: Culver City, CA

Shifts & Pay:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Guard the quality gate: Inspect, test, and troubleshoot advanced electronic assemblies.
  • Lead the charge in rework & repair: Use your soldering expertise on SMT and through-hole components with advanced rework equipment.
  • Set the standard: Ensure every product meets IPC, engineering, and customer requirements.
  • Turn problems into solutions: Document issues, assist with root cause analysis, and help our teams soar past challenges.
  • Help us launch: Train onsite at Westwood HQ before setting the bar at our new Culver City facility.

We’re Looking For:

  • Technical know-how: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, inspection, rework, or repair (PCBA expertise, soldering, and troubleshooting skills required)
  • Basic Soldering experience
  • Attention to detail: Strong inspection skills, solid documentation, and a commitment to top-quality workmanship
  • Team player: Great communicator with adaptability and a strong desire to learn new processes and technologies
  • Authorized U.S. Worker: U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency required (federal regulations apply)

Bonus points for:

  • Current IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification
  • Experience with RF/wireless, regulated quality environments, or diagnostic testing gear
  • High-reliability electronics background
