Job DescriptionBachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a contract position with a school district in Hemet, California. We are looking for a dedicated SLPA to join our team immediately for the 2026-2027 school year. We are scheduling interviews ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and therapy activities as developed and directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings.

• Accurately document student progress, collect data, and prepare notes for the supervising SLP.

• Assist in the creation and preparation of therapy materials.

• Collaborate effectively with the supervising SLP, teachers, and other special education staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an SLPA program or a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

• Active California SLPA license is required.

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued.
